Cancellation Policy

🌦️ Wet Weather Nature Play parties go ahead in light rain. We encourage children to dress appropriately for the weather (raincoats, gumboots, spare clothes). In the event of severe weather (heavy rain, storms, extreme wind, or unsafe conditions), we will contact you on the week of the party to discuss. If we determine the party cannot safely proceed at the fig tree, you may choose to hold it in the covered patio area. Refunds are not provided for wet weather cancellations, as staffing and preparation costs are already committed. 🔁 Change of Mind / Cancellations All Nature Play party bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date. If you need to cancel: More than 7 days’ notice: any amount paid (excluding the deposit) may be transferred to a future booking. Within 7 days of your party: payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds or credits are provided for no-shows or late cancellations.
